Church Staff
We're grateful to have a number of individuals serving at Bible Baptist Temple in full-time staff as well as part-time and volunteer positions. Each are a blessing in their contribution to the Lord's work.

Fred Fies
Pastor
God brought Fred Fies and his wife, Amy, to Bible Baptist Temple in December of 2018. They have seven children (two of which are twins) and have been married for more than 20 years. Pastor Fies started in ministry as a youth pastor in 1999 at Baron Road Baptist Church in Keithville, Louisiana.
In 2002, he moved his family to Lancaster, California to study Pastoral Theology at West Coast Baptist College. Graduating in May of 2005, he became the pastor of McKee Road Baptist Church in Bakersfield, California where he remained for 12 years. Feeling God leading him to a different task, he joined the team at Pine Bluff Baptist Church and Venture of Faith Camp (Lake Park, Georgia) as youth camp director. During his travels as camp director, God opened the door in Warner Robins, Georgia at BBT.
Pastor Fies loves people, studying theology, sailing, woodworking, mathematics, and golf. He is outgoing and loves to teach the Bible and tell people about Jesus.
Heather Pate
Church Secretary
Heather has been on the church staff since 2019. She and her husband Robert have been married for fourteen years and have attended the church for five years.
Heather is a devoted wife and mother of four girls. She enjoys serving the Lord and sharing the good news of Christ through coordinating VBS and working as a counselor at Venture of Faith Christian Camp.
